USE OF MARBLE FOR GLAMOUR AND BEAUTY

Marble is a material that is famous for its ethereal beauty and glamour. India is well-known for its monuments, sculptures and exquisite panels composed of marble. Your interiors can be dressed in this material in endless applications.
Marble is available in several colors from pure white to pink and blue etc. You can make use of it in flooring, countertops, sinks, panels, outdoor furniture, objects of décor and so on. It is a soft and compliant material which can be made into all kinds of designs. Having a dense, hard surface it requires little upkeep in comparison with carpets. Marble must be used cautiously because it can get stains which are more unsightly with white or light pink marble. Acidic spillages can damage the floor unlike mosaic floors. It can also get scratched and harmed by heat and flames.
Feeling the cool of marble underfoot is very enjoyable so it is a right option for hot, sticky climates. You can accent the interior of your home or office with marble tiles. Flooring made of these is very popular and it can also be used in drawing or dining rooms, kitchen, prayer-room, bathroom and bedrooms. Marble can also be used in the bathroom for sinks, tub-decks, showers, wall coverings and back splashes. In the kitchen it could be used for flooring and sinks may not be wise to use it for countertops as it tends to get damaged by heat and acidic substances.
A partial use of marble is made in many homes if the expense is too much or it is found to be too dull to use extensively. In such cases it may be utilized for drawing and dining rooms only. It is also suitable for hallways, pathways, faux fireplaces and window sills. Some homes may use marble in these parts only and keep the remaining areas for granite or mosaic. Or they made do only the part of the wall that leads up from the floor to the level below the window such as in verandahs and bathrooms.
In outdoor furniture, marble-topped tables are used in gazebos or open-air scenes such as al fresco dining spaces, benches and chairs in gardens. Sculptures in verandahs or entrances, in the middle of ponds and around fountains are often made of this useful material.
